2 Joy reciprocating compressors are both full size units (300HP) so each compressor only ran half of the PSA’s life (20 Years). Plant has spent it’s entire life indoors and is in very good shape. 6,000 gallon vertical tank and water bath vaporizers also available with the unit. STILL RUNNING AVAILBALE MAY 2013.

120 Oxygen with Crude Argo System
This plant is a 120 stpd (nominal) capacity, high purity (99.5% oxygen purity) Air Separation Unit with crude argon recovery. The equipment available consists of the cold box, expander, derime heater and control panel (excluding PLC). The equipment was designed and installed by BOC Gases. The plant was installed in “reversing type” service in 1976. It was converted to PLC control and “non reversing” operation some time in 1993 and was operated until October 31, 2008. Each cold box is a preassembled steel structure containing brazed aluminum exchanges, subcoolers, liquid adsorbers, distillation columns, reboilers and all interconnecting piping.
100,000 SCFH N2 Generator
This plant produces 100,000 SCFH N2 @ < 5 PPM O2 at 35 PSIG. The facility utilizes a Joy main air compressor, Garret Air Research expander and Ansutech (Nippon Sanso) coldbox. It was originally built in 1988. It is a reversing heat exchanger type, but could be converted to mole sieve front end

Provee soporte para dispensar equipos sin necesidad de sujeciones adicionales.
Para el caso del oxigeno las salidas medicas deben ser adecuadamente lavadas para este servicio de acuerdo al panfleto de la Asociación de Gases Comprimidos CGA Panfleto G-4.1, tapadas y colocadas en una caja adecuada para su transporte. Las salidas deben ser instaladas en estricto seguimiento de las instrucciones del fabricante, y de acuerdo a normas locales y federales.
Las Salidas para empotrar y para adosar en pared para gases de servicios médicos representa la alternativa mas avanzada de tecnología de proveer conexiones de gases al sistema de tubería centralizado.
